| On Thursday the 16th of April Palatine Council, which meets at Garstang is admitting the Mark Provincial Grand Junior Warden, Tony Farrar, to membership of the Allied Masonic Degrees (hopefully with his wife's consent) . | |
| Tony's very good friend, Howard Emmett, who was also a Mark Provincial Warden, is the Worshipful Master of Palatine Council No 89 and has persuaded Tony to become a member, and will take great pleasure in performing the St Lawrence ceremony for him. | |
